lol, I'm not going to build your build. Figure that out. this was just something for you to try out and play with. Put alot in curse and at least 8-10 in Ill. rest in soul reaping. and btw Malaise is not an elite, And now that I think about it,
remove Malaise and replace with Phantom Pain

wither is elite...
and the SS build you posted was really energy heavy... too many 15 energy spells there, so at least get an energy management skill.
and if the OP wants a high damage build, he could try FoC:
1. parasitic bond
2. arcane echo
3. feast of corruption <e>
4. desecrate enchantements
5. free slot (up to you)
6. free slot (up to you)
7. awaken the blood
8. res sig

here's one i'm working on, i mainly only do FOW/UW so it's only PVE tested. So far Really, really effective.
N/ME
13 in Soul reaping
12 in curses
whatever's left in domination (i'm at work, can't remember)
Spiteful spirit
empathy
epidemic
suffering
insidious parasite
barbs
faintheartedness
res sig
SS/Empathy first, then epidemic. cast suffering on whoever has highest health. the rest as you see fit, or if the mobs aren't grouping.
using this works wonders if you get the timing right and can epidemic SS and empathy, with my current build it results in 52 dmg for each attack they do. compound it with suffering and it HURTS.

Soul Barbs + Spiteful Spirit + Empathy + Life Siphon + Parasitic Bond kills any warrior in a few seconds. Throw in Wastrels Worry just to spam for Soul Barbs damage.

Heres my SS build really strong and you can use almost anywhere.
Att.(not to sure bad memory)
Curses-16(for sure)
Illusion-10(I think)
The rest in SR
Skills;
1)Spiteful Spirit{E}
2)Arcane echo
3)Spinal shivers
4)Conjure Phantasm
5)Life Siphon
6)Faintheartedness
7)Awaken the Blood
8)res sig
Its almost a Degen build with SS. When theres a mob first cast AtB then echo then spam SS. If you come across 1-3 foes cast AtB then spam the degen skills and if you wan a couple of SS casts.

Its my understanding that Epidemic works on conditions not Hexes. So how can Epidemic work on SS and Empathy?

Epidemic does not spread hexes, only conditions. None of your listed skills cause any conditions. So Epidemic is a complete waste of energy and a slot here.

Agreed! If epidemic worked like that I think many many many people would have changed professions/builds ages ago.
